Our client wanted to convert his L-shaped terraced house in the London Borough of Lambeth into self-contained flats.
To optimize the available space, we suggested obtaining Planning Permission to expand the property vertically by constructing a mansard loft conversion on the uppermost level.
Each floor was then converted into an individual one-bedroom flat, featuring an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room. The ground floor benefits from a garden to the rear of the house, while the top floor flat boasts a spacious balcony perfect for enjoying sunny summer days.
